So after numerous times i finally got this program to work. I was excited to see the end the result and then it gave me this. You can imagine how i felt after seeing this. I like the program though. I feel like its a good idea. Taking photos to make an 3D model and you can use it on the internet or download it. Also its convient cause you can use your phone and upload the pictures. I think if i would've sat Spidey on something where i can move around him instead of my bed it would've worked better. I know for next time at least. Overall though i like the program.

Logo

I think these two logos would be nice logos for my blog. They are simple, and I think that’s important in a logo because you won’t remember complex logos. The logo with the stick figure sitting on the L in the word living is supposed to represent relaxing and enjoying life. If you look at the stick figure he is just chilling relaxing. The other logo with the clock to me represent time going by. Like if you just going with the flow type of deal time just flies. The program I used wasn’t as good as Adobe Illustrator. To me it was like Windows Paint 2.0. But creating a logo is always fun.

Scribbling

I made these pictures using Scribbler, Scribbler Too, and Flame. The web looking design and Spider-Man design were made in scribbler. The Nike symbol and the spider man symbol were made in Scribble Too. I really liked these programs. I just really liked the way it looked and the way designed looked. It was fun to do. I was trying to come up with many designs but, it was hard to draw with my mouse pad. But I tried my hardest to come up with some simple but yet different designs. In Scribble Too I tried to use color and I think it turned out pretty well. The black and white designs though aren’t bad. They look good but, black and white always look good. The other program I used to make the other two designs was Flame. Flame was a harder program to use. Not only did you have to control the mouse drawing aspect the cursor on screen would move so you would have to worry about certain lines you didn’t want. The first design I made was like a light. To me it kind of reminds me of star. My second design was just my nickname “Prince”.  I did like the lights and things on this program but, it was just hard to control. Especially if you changed the softness or the chaos, even if it says you’re using color blue the color orange would show up on the canvas. I mean other than those minor problems though, it’s still fun program and I would use it again. I would even recommend it to my close friends who I went to high school went.

Video MashUp

http://youtu.be/wJMcF1xPfKA This is the link to my video. I didn’t know how to embed in it. Making this video was really fun. Me and my friends are always clowning around and dancing. I took some video from a video we shot while in Kroger’s. Another video was taken from a commercial for I made for class. And then the other video was taken from a video I shot asking my girlfriend to prom. Windows movie maker is what I used to make the mash up and it kind of difficult. The last video I made I used Adobe Premier. I know you’re thinking that it should be the other way around but, I found premier a lot easier because if you had a video you wanted to use more than once it was simply in a library you could grab it from instead with widows movie make I had to upload the video twice and edit and cut it multiple times just for one part. Windows movie maker is good for small projects like uploading a webcam video. I still tried to make the video as appealing as possible. I tried to keep it tune with the beat. I used only a few filters and a few transitions and effects because to me it felt more like a mash up if it was less. Any more It probably could’ve been classified as a music video. I used a beat that I made because I kind of like it. It can be improved but I let my friends listen to it and they liked it and I think it complimented the video pretty well. I chose those videos because they were fun. Overall I think this video is a success and I would like to make another one some time very soon.

My day off

Spider-Man is my favorite super hero. It's always been a dream to be spider-man maybe, with a lot of wishes, hoping, and praying I will have the opportunity to be spider man. LOL it’s just a distant dream though. so with that being said my day in the life project is what i would if i was spider man and this was my day off. I had a lot of fun creating this project. I think it was pretty funny and i wonder if instead of using pictures, what would be like if we made a video. What kind of effect and feel would it give the audience?

Typology

This project is for a class i had to do. I took 16 pictures of shoes but they are different styles and kinds of shoes. To bring them together in this grid i used Pixlr Express. The grid is called an Becher Grid based of the works of Hilla and Bernd Becher.  I honestly had the hardest time getting Pixlr to work properly and truthfully it still didn't turn out the way i wanted it to. Typically i use Photoshop for projects like these but since i don't own Photoshop.....yeah. I really like Vans and the Nike Free Runs. Vans are cheap and casual what more can you ask for? The Nike Free Runs are a bit more expensive but they are worth it.

Urban Landscape Video

I made this video using Animoto and pictures I took. The song I used is called Thrift Shop by Mcklemore. I enjoy doing things like this, as far as making videos. I had to do a project like this for my MultiMedia class, my junior year off high school. It was fun, I wish I could make a video using cartoon figures but, they don’t have a program that’s free and has good effects yet. Animoto is fun but you only get to make thirty seconds videos and that’s not that much fun. If I could make at least 5 minute that would be better. I hope with the thirty seconds that you do see it’s a good video.
